Why You Should Not Take Laxatives

Previously I wrote an article about constipation and listed laxatives as one of the ways to relief colonyourself of it. Now I will tell you why you should not take laxatives. Although it is one of the over-the-counter drugs that you can take without consulting your doctor, however it’s delicate to take any drugs that can lead to serious complications. There are many complications that could arise due to laxatives usage. Some of the effects are:

Metabolic complications

Basically, different laxatives may be accompanied with different issues.
